2. Services Provided

digiSatellite Radio acts as an authorized reseller of SiriusXM satellite radio subscriptions. We provide activation, billing, customer support, and account management. We are not SiriusXM itself.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
• Upon cancellation, your SiriusXM service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. For prorated refunds on cancellations, please see our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

digiSatellite Radio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
